With heavy hearts, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel the Luxyvent event on June 27th. This is because we have not sold enough tickets. (The people who bought tickets should have gotten an email about the refund, let us know if you have trouble with this!)
This journey has meant so much to us, and we want to thank every single one of you who supported, encouraged, and believed in our vision. 💛
Even though this event won’t go ahead, this is not the end. We’ve felt the love from our growing community, and we’re more motivated than ever to come back even stronger.
You’ll be the first to hear when the time is right. Until then—thank you for being part of this with us.

The Helianth Ball
Friday 27th of June
The name Helianth comes from the Latin words “Helios” which means “Sun”, and “Anthos” which means “Flower”. The ball includes dancing, fantasy music, meeting people and wearing your most magical outfit!
Location: the Vondelkerk, Amsterdam, Address: Vondelstraat 120, 1054 GS Amsterdam, 18+ Event, Doors open: 19.00, Start of evening: 20.00, End of evening: 00.00.
Vlier
Vlier is a freshly sprouted Dutch Balfolkband with hurdy-gurdy, violin, Irish bouzouki, and mandolin. Together, they search for the blossoming magic of a connection between dancers and musicians.
DansKnusjes
We are thrilled to offer a balfolk workshop at the ball! Sharing over 20 years of experience, Berit, Jan, and their kind-hearted dance assistants will guide you through different dances and the joyful world of Balfolk!
Photo- and Videographer
A professional photo and videographer will be walking around on the night itself. You can get your picture taken at our Photo Booth free of charge! Or when you are enjoying the dancefloor!
Music all night
There will be a DJ playing all sorts of fantasy-related music! Do you have a song that needs to be in the playlist? Send it to us!
Extra's
There is a bar where you can buy your drinks. Prices range from €2,00 to €5,00. Bites and guarded wardrobe are included in the ticket price.
Live Artist
A live artist will be present to draw your amazing outfits. This gives you something unique to bring home! Enjoying Hebe’s work requires a small payment. You can pay with card at the event itself.
The Beaded Dragon
This magical artisan transforms hidden treasures into one-of-a-kind upcycled necklaces – Each piece lovingly crafted to reflect the magic in its materials and its wearer.
Daydreaming
Mother and daughter create candles and tea for everyone who, like them, sometimes needs a little light when things aren’t going so well, and for anyone who could use a bit more magic in their day 💫
Studio Wonderland
At Studio Wonderland, you can rent fantasy dresses, evening gowns, children’s clothing, complete looks, and matching accessories. Check out her website to see the possibilities. All the dresses in our videos are from her!
Mai's kostuumverhuur
You don’t know what to wear? Mai’s kostuumverhuur has a variety of costumes for both men and women. Take a look at their website or visit them in their store!
Cosplayers
There will be different cosplayers present from the Sarah J. Maas universe. Take your time to dance or get a picture with these characters. Take a look at our Instagram to see who will be present!
